EMIS புதிய செயலியில் தலைமை ஆசிரியரின் பணி என்ன?
State EMIS team வெளியிட்ட வழிகாட்டுதல் வீடியோவின் முக்கிய அம்சங்கள்:
1. புதிய Emis செயலியில், பள்ளியின் 11 இலக்க DISE எண் மற்றும் EMIS Password மூலம் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் Login செய்ய வேண்டும்.
2. Today's status ல் fully not working என போட வேண்டும்.
(மாணவர்களுக்கு கொரோனா விடுப்பு என்பதால்)
3. காரணம் Covid என தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டும்.
4. பிறகு ஆசிரியர் வருகையை பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும். LO பயிற்சிக்கு சென்றிருந்தால் training என்பதை தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டும்.
5. பள்ளி துப்புரவு பணியாளர் எண்ணிக்கை & பணி புரிந்த நேரம் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்.
6. மாணவர்களுக்கு விடுமுறை என்பதால், Today's status ல் fully not working என தந்துள்ளோம். எனவே மாணவர் வருகையை எந்த வகுப்பு ஆசிரியரும் பதிவு செய்ய இயலாது.
7. Today's status ல் fully not working என தந்திருந்தாலும், ஆசிரியர்கள் தினமும் பள்ளிக்கு / பயிற்சிக்கு வருகை புரிவதால், ஆசிரியர் வருகை தலைமை ஆசிரியரால் பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
8. கொரோனா காலம் முடிந்து மாணவர்கள் பள்ளிக்கு வரும் போது, Today's status ல், Full working day என தலைமை ஆசிரியரால் பதிவு செய்யப் பட வேண்டும்.
9. வகுப்பாசிரியர்கள் அவர்களுக்கான 8 இலக்க username and password ஐ பயன் படுத்தி மாணவர் வருகையை பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்.
10. ஏதேனும் ஆசிரியர்கள் விடுப்பு எடுத்திருப்பின், தலைமை ஆசிரியர் பள்ளி Login வழியாக சென்று, விடுப்பு எடுத்த ஆசிரியருக்கான வகுப்பு மாணவர்களின் வருகையை பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்.

The app currently has modules for entering students and staff attendance, modules for screening the health of the students and referring them to the doctors, module for identifying and tracking the out of school students and module for teachers to register for teacher training.
